Viking Moorings offer the design and analysis of both standard catenary systems as well as taut leg spreads, carried out using state of the art GMOOR32 or Orcaflex software. Both quasistatic and dynamic analyses can be performed, depending on the requirements of the code (API, NMD, DnV). 

Mooring Deployment & Recovery Studies:

To ensure nominated Anchor Handling Vessels are suitable for the deployment and recovery of mooring systems, Viking Moorings offer a step by step analysis, where loads are optimised through the positioning of the vessel and the payout of the mooring line. 

Drafting:

Viking Moorings has extensive experience in drafting in 2D and 3D using CAD software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks. 3D Animations and Finite Element Analyses can be conducted at client request.
