The permanent chain chaser is used on semi-submerged rigs to prevent anchors from having to be buoyed off for recovery. The Chasers are made of softer material than the wire and chain so the wear is taken by the chaser, not the mooring line.

Permanent Chain Chaser



Alternative to the buoy and pennant. This pear shaped permanent chaser offers good sliding and penetration properties. Suitable for most singel shank anchors.



Detachable Permanent Chaser


The detachable chaser can be assembled to the anchor chain without the need to break the chain open.



Permanent Wire Chaser


Chaser designed for wire/chain combinatin. The chaser has two opposing wire grooves where the wire slides trough.
